He came to the U.S. when he was about 18 years old. Arrived in Helena in 1886 and worked on the construction of St. Helena cathedral. Lived in Lump Gulch from 1886-1945 on his ranch. After selling his ranch to Stubblefield, he moved to Clancy. He was a devout member of the Roman Catholic Church. Died from cerebral hemorrhage. Buried at Resurrection Cemetery in Helena, Montana |
