D’Autremont, Jr. was an owner of Angelica Mining Co at the time of the lawsuit. It’s possible his son (same name) was having a dispute with his brother Paul. The firm was incorporated in 1915. -Officers: C. d’Autremont, Jr., Duluth, president, Charles. D. Morton, VP; C. K. Tibbets, Sec-treas; T. Hudson, Director Charles D. Horton,Superintendent -Property: Mount Washington Mine and six claims, 110 acres, In Colorado Mining District, two miles west of Wickes Timeline: Angelica Mining Co. 1915 - Incorporation (Includes C. d-Autremont as President) 1918 (April)- The manager of the Mount Washington Mine (Angelica Mining Co.) was Maurice d’Autremont -Likely Maurice was related to the plaintiff. 1918 (June)- Lawsuit (C.
