A blue a pink floral organza apron with rickrack. These aprons were given to the museum by Karen Davidson of Bernice, Montana. Her mother, and aunts (Lillian, Margaret, Gwendolyn Griffiths) used them in Jefferson and Silver-Bow Counties during the time period of 1910s to 1950s.

This chisel is used to cut wires, thin sheets, and round rods, etc.The edge of this chisel is in "V" shape and is flat, which is raised from the centre. Because of this projected parts, it does not get stuck into the cut surface, while chipping. The head of the chisel has cracks of wear.

Great Northern Train Near Bernice - Photograph
Black and white photograph of a northbound Great Northern freight train behind an M-2 locomotive, and about to enter a tunnel--#8 or #9--near Bernice, Montana. Among the 44 cars are empty coal hoppers, oil tankers, hoppers loaded with ore, and boxcars carrying copper ingots for the refineries in Great Falls in June 1939. Today, you can drive on the roadbed from Bernice most of the way to Elk Park. Tunnel 9 is open; tunnel 8 is daylighted.
