Brown alligator suitcase of 1920's era; black handle, latches used to have a lock; two straps. Ada Glass and her father, Charles Glass used this suitcase. She was the youngest of her family and her nickname was Babe. She was born in Butte in 1920. She moved to Boulder at age three. She went to elementary and high school in Boulder. She worked for the telephone company in Boulder. Ada married Wesley Lindsay in 1939(?). She is the mother of Sherry Carlson and Terry Lindsay of Clancy. Ada died in 1990. Her brothers were James, Charles (Buster) and John. Her sisters were Lillian and Nevada (Sis). |
